Grete Horntvedt, a city councilor, wants to make the blueprints of the Munch and Stenersen classified. Nine-Eleven has impacted security the world over, apparently, and this step to secure the plans to the museums and the Oslo City Hall are all part of an overall heightened security initiative there. So any time security gets stepped up, and you ask yourself why, just think: "Nine-Eleven," and go back to you business.
