I thought Sol LeWitt was dead.
To our (my) knowledge, he isn't.
According to casual internet research Sol LeWitt is still alive. Googling the phrase "Sol LeWitt dies" resulted only in German websites.
On the other hand, Googling "Sol LeWitt still alive" rendered 1,000's of hits.
